Editorial – Description of the Beast
To understand the third angel’s message, one must understand who and what the beast is. Following is a description from Scripture of the beast power.

Under the training of Christ, His disciples finally came to recognize their need of receiving the Holy Spirit. During the next few weeks after the resurrection under the Spirit's teaching, the disciples received their final qualification to go forth in their life work.
Doctrine
To live in a manner that pleases the Lord we must know not only what pleases Him, but what He finds abominable as well. Such can only be accomplished through a thorough and continuing search of His word.
