Recipe – Baked Radishes

  6-8 Radishes, sliced Salt to taste 1-2 cloves garlic, minced Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the radishes and garlic on oiled baking dish. Season with salt. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until radishes are tender. OR Eat raw, slice and sauté until soft in olive oil with garlic and seasoning.
