Recipe – Mixed Fruit Smoothie

1/2 large orange

1/2 Cup frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1/4 Cup frozen peaches

2 Tablespoons powdered soy milk (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Sweeten with honey, pineapple, or white grape juice as desired.

Recipe – Mixed Berry Smoothie

2 frozen bananas

4-5 strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 Tbsp. maple syrup or sugar

1-2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds

½ cup frozen spinach (Optional)

1-2 cups ice (depending on desired thickness)

(If using frozen berries, use soy, almond or rice milk instead of ice)

Toss all ingredients together into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
